Local authorities say that the confrontation between two families in Paktika province resulted in nine fatalities.
The event took place on Friday, May 25, according to Sanaullah Masoom, the governor of Paktika’s spokesperson. It took place in the hamlet of “Payandeh Khel” in the district of Khairkot in this province.
The governor of Paktika’s spokesman told Khame Press that one of the parties engaged in the event murdered 3 women, 3 children, and wounded 5 others. On the other hand, a guy, two women, and a girl perished, the source said.
