According to classified American military papers, the ISIS terrorist organization allegedly plans to use Afghanistan as a base for launching terrorist attacks against the United States and its allies. However, the Islamic Emirate has denied these claims.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, referred to these claims as false and a part of America’s ongoing propaganda war against their leadership. In a series of tweets on Sunday, he stated that despite these efforts, people’s attitudes towards the Islamic Emirate have not changed.

Mr. Mujahid denounced the reported papers as fabricated and an extension of ongoing American propaganda. He stated that regional authorities have called Afghanistan a safe country, and this year’s Eid celebrations in Afghanistan provide an excellent example of this.

The Islamic Emirate’s spokesperson emphasized that they completely control all of Afghanistan’s land and will not allow anyone to use it to undermine the security of other nations. He added that they have severely defeated the ISIS group and are in the process of destroying them.

While recent US classified papers have noted the threat posed by Daesh in Afghanistan as a significant security concern, Mr. Mujahid emphasized that Daesh’s Khorasan branch operates on Afghanistan’s land without their permission and that the Islamic Emirate would not allow them to launch strikes against Afghanistan’s interests.

In the aftermath of the Islamic Emirate’s rule in Afghanistan, Daesh has carried out devastating attacks on Kabul and several Afghan districts. However, Mr. Mujahid stated that the Islamic Emirate is committed to preventing any group from using Afghanistan as a base for launching terrorist attacks.
