The Land Restitution Commission of the Islamic Emirate has reported the capture of many land squatters in Ghazni.

According to a statement released on April 19 by the technical committee of this commission. The technical committee detained these individuals for land grabbing.

The statement claims that a technical team went to the “Mula Noh Baba”. Region between the Andar and Ghaz districts last Wednesday. Discovered that some usurpers were attempting to make more arrests in the same region. 

This location is allegedly close to the Ghazni-Kandahar highway.

Regarding the confiscated property and those detained in connection with it, no more information has been provided to yet.

Prior to that, the Islamic Emirate’s Ministry of Justice announced the settlement of the 12 000 589 acres of confiscated land in the “Sheikh Abdul Salam” neighbourhood of Ghazni.

The administrators of this ministry claim that someone had usurped this property in the past and had erected residences, gardens, and other institutions there.

The Islamic Emirate’s Ministry of Justice oversees the work of the Commission for Returning Expropriated Land.
