Formal Cabinet Islamic Emirate; The Islamic Emirate’s spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, claims that the formal cabinet would be revealed when the constitution has been approved, a few administrative tasks have been completed, and a council has been established.
The Islamic Emirate announced its caretaker cabinet over two years ago, but they have not yet unveiled the formal cabinet.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, asserts that they will unveil the formal cabinet once they have obtained approval for the constitution, finished a few administrative tasks, and established a council.
Mr. Mujahid, who addressed the media on this matter, stated, “We are still working on our law, and the councils are still debating. If they finalize these issues, we will revive all the governance departments, and, God willing, we will resolve this issue.”
The Islamic Emirate’s spokesman emphasises that the current cabinet’s acting ministers are fully competent and that nothing stands in their way as they carry out their duties as government officials.
According to Zabihullah Mujahid, “There are two things here, one is that governance activities are going as far as necessary, and all departments are doing responsible activities.”
However, some political analysts believe that the formalisation of the cabinet is crucial for the development of work in the ministries and the survival of a system.
Political expert Seyyed Gharibullah Sadat stated: “If there are disagreements between nations, agreements, or other matters, if he is not the official government, even disagreements or problems, for instance, will not find their meaning.”
Criticism has been mounting ever since the government announced its composition on the 16th of the leap year 1400 AH, highlighting the absence of women. Acting ministers now preside over 19 ministries in the nation.
