The source claims that the Pakistani Foreign Minister granted Mr. Motaghi’s request and said that the chargĂ© d’affaires of Pakistan’s embassy in Kabul will shortly resume his duties.

The Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs also issued a statement confirming that Amir Khan Motaghi and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari spoke over the phone on Saturday.
