Local authorities in Maidan Wardag province claim that a falling leaf caused the deaths of one youngster and injuries to another.
The event occurred in the Daimirdad region, a Wardago province official noted on his Twitter page.
According to the source, the incident reportedly crushed two sons of Abdul Khalil under a leaf while they were loading soil in the Daimir Dad district. Shahid, Bilal, who is 16 years old, and Burhan, who is 11 years old, all suffered slight wounds.
A landslip recently damaged a house in Wardago, where more than five family members perished in the Chak area of this province.
